From the age of two, Victoria knew she would become a hairdresser. A graduate of the Capri Institute in Paramus and licensed in NJ and NY, she trained at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London and studied the cosmetology industry across Europe before opening Victoria Rose Salon in 2012.
